Without a doubt, you know your worth.

You take pride in the high-level experiences you provide.

You care deeply about your customer experience and results. You have a unique way of doing things and you want new people to see that.

You want more people to immediately see that value too.

You notice a disconnect with your branding because you know it doesn't fully represent your value, authority, and the heart you put into all you do.

You want to speed up the trust-building process.

You wish you had eye-catching visual tools to maximize your marketing and show your people exactly what you're about at first impression.

You have zero interest in designing it yourself.

At this point, you want a specialist fully commit to the professional branding process while you focus on what you'd rather be doing.

You’re over comparing your presence to industry peers.

Instead, you want that signature on-brand look that captures your unique energy, builds trust, and distinctly sets you apart as a brand owner.

if that's you, sounds like you're ready for:

With the branding process off your plate, you’ll be freer to just do you.

And showing up feels more natural when people clearly see you in your element.

8 weeks dedicated to your

branding process

Phase 1:
Strategic Creative Direction

We start with a deep-dive Discovery Session, getting to know all the layers of your business. From there, I reflect on our findings, do additional research on the industry, and explore creative concepts to artistically set your brand apart. I’ll send it all in a Creative Direction presentation (first 2 weeks)

Phase 2:
Design Exploration

With the Creative Direction and your feedback in mind, I’ll develop the brand elements—exploring logo design ideas, fonts, colors, imagery, and begin testing how they all work together. I’ll present this in another video presentation, where I’ll gather feedback, refine, and finalize from there. (~4 weeks)

Phase 3:
Implementation

Along with the delivery of your brand elements, I’ll set up your Canva Brand Kit and design an on-brand Brand Guide with more context on utilizing your branding. We’ll also create the package add-ons during this phase—such as if you added on Website Design or a graphic Design Intensive. (2 weeks, plus any add-ons)

I'm Kristina

Brand Designer and Strategist

I took Gem Creative Co. through my own in-depth branding process and haven’t looked back. My signature aesthetic is a natural expression of my approach and unique take on my industry. I'm so bought into my work and deeply connected to the people I serve, and I’ve been able to elevate my rates, revenue, and reputation ever since.

After this process, you'll no longer feel the need to reinvent the wheel because your branding is a natural expression of how you show up in the world anyway. It simplifies all the visual parts of marketing so it’s more sustainable long term.

Send Kristina a DM on Instagram or email  hello@gemcreative.co!

Can I just get a logo only, for now? +

Unless you're an existing client adding onto an established brand ecosystem, I don’t design logos in isolation. Branding elements all intersect, and my role is to partner with your business as a strategic Creative Director and Designer.

Isolating a logo from the broader strategy often leads to misalignment later on. If you’re looking for a long-lasting, cohesive, and intentional brand presence, we don’t keep things surface-level around here.

If you only need a logo, I recommend working with a freelance graphic designer instead.

Can I keep my current logo and have you change the rest? +

If you truly love your current logo and it already has strong recognition, it can make sense to keep it while refreshing the rest of your brand. An impactful rebrand doesn’t always require a total logo overhaul.

Just note this in your application, and we can explore options that focus more on color, typography, and custom brand elements like icons, textures, and imagery.

That said, if your logo is difficult to read, noticeably dated, or misaligned with the creative direction we’re aiming for, I’ll likely recommend updating it.

What is your strategy process like before design? +

I call this phase Strategic Creative Direction. Everything starts with a kick-off discovery session, where we talk through your business, ideal customers, peers and competitors, and your philosophies around the work you do.

After our call, I’ll send a Brand Research Survey to gather outside perspectives on what people appreciate about you compared to other options they’ve tried. While responses come in, I analyze competitors and industry patterns so we know what to avoid.

From there, I synthesize the insights into clear differentiators and translate them into a Phase 1 Creative Direction presentation. Once we align on that direction, we move confidently into the design phase.

How do payment plans work? +

Payment plans are typically split into 3–5 monthly installments. Your first payment secures your project start date and timeline.

Remaining payments are scheduled closer to the project start, and you’ll receive automated reminders before each payment is due.

What if my business is product-based? +

I primarily work with service providers, educators, coaches, and personal brands where there’s a clear face behind the business. In Your Element is designed specifically with those models in mind.

Product-based brands often require a different scope of work, but there are occasional exceptions. Feel free to reach out via Instagram DMs or email at hello@gemcreative.co if you’re unsure.

Do you do copywriting and messaging too? +

For website projects, written content is typically provided by you or a copywriter you hire. I also offer a DIY framework to help you prepare content if you’re writing it yourself.

My expertise is in strategic visual systems informed by positioning and differentiation. If you’re able to invest in both, I recommend working with a copywriter before beginning the website portion of a project.

Do you offer DIY branding support instead? +

Yes! If you’re in the DIY stage of business, you’re not alone. Custom branding is an investment, so I offer options for entrepreneurs who want to learn how to build their brand themselves using accessible tools like Canva.

You can explore Brand Ed, my DIY brand-building course and program, for structured guidance and support.
