If your branding was made elsewhere, I can potentially still work with it! I would need to review where the completed branding is at first, and then determine if my creative process & services are the right fit to take on the project. Add links to your branding guidelines or files in inquiry form. We may be good to go, or we may need to fill in some gaps before it’s ready for implementation.

Branding is the foundational toolkit we use for making all of your marketing assets cohesive, so we need to be clear and confident with those completed elements first. Otherwise, my creativity won’t have enough to work with.

Or if you’d like to DIY your branding with me, I teach the process in my course Brand Ed for non-designers. Learn my comprehensive process using Canva, and build the foundations for on-brand graphicse—even if you’re “not creative.” (I’ll still need to review the completed branding in case there are refinements/adjustments that could help.)

This is why I provide two tiers, that way I can recommend the appropriate amount of time for the task(s) being requested.

Though I can’t guarantee the exact number of completed deliverables during a design intensive format, I make my best estimation based on years of previous project experience. I will prioritize the tasks requested and get them as close to completion as possible within the allotted time. Rounds of revisions will be counted as time spent within the available hours.

If more time is requested, we can discuss adding on a few extra hours if I have availability within my schedule. Otherwise, a separate Studio Session or custom project scope would need to be discussed and potentially booked later!

For Full Studio Sessions, yes! For Half Sessions, pay-in-full is preferred.

If you’re looking for help with just web design or other larger scale design projects, that may be doable with a wider timeline, process, and a custom quote. If that’s you, provide as much detail as you can about the larger project in your inquiry form, and we’ll see how I can help!

Yes, anything that includes text will require the written copy from you by 1 business day before our start date. I recommend we incorporate actual finalized copy, or as close to it as possible. Filler text can work which you can swap out yourself later, but if the text amount significantly changes, it’s more likely to impede on the layout design of the graphics.

Since Studio Sessions are quicker turnaround than my usual larger projects, I'm often able to book within the month—but can also book in advance as availability allows!
