What are the benefits of the mini website?

We'll encourage your customers to take their next step with a cohesive, informative landing page that operates as a one-page website to build off of. Up to eight sections of on-brand copywriting and visuals will be intentionally designed to maintain people's attention and guide their decision-making process.

This unique solution to website support provides you the foundation to build off of, either on your own as you grow or together down the road. It unifies your brand and web presence without needing to commit to a larger website investment in one go.

Do you provide the copywriting too?

In the Ecosystem package, yes! Copywriting is incorporated into the mini website design, so you don't need to worry about writing your own or hiring another service provider to fill in that gap. We also keep basic SEO key words in mind.

The Brand Messaging we develop earlier on will be what informs the website copywriting, focusing on guiding readers to understand the value in what you offer and invite next steps. We prioritize empathy, authority, and core beliefs to show your customers how the experience with your business is unique and catered to them.

Already a copywriter?  Let me know in your application form if you're already skilled in writing and would rather write your own copy. We'll discuss potential options for what that can look like!

How does the payment plan work?

Your first payment of 20% is required to officially secure your start date and timeline, and then the remaining 4 payments pick up closer to when we start Phase 1 of your project. 
 
If you'd like to request an extended payment plan with smaller payment installments, indicate that at the end of your application and we can discuss your alternative options during the application follow-up! 

Can I just get a logo for now?

I partner with your business as a Brand Strategist and Creative Director with a holistic and comprehensive approach. Isolating design elements from the strategy process is simply not in my nature because I'll be thinking about the whole picture anyway.

If you're looking for a long-lasting, cohesive, and purposeful brand presence, it's impossible to keep things surface-level. If all you want is a logo design, I recommend finding a freelance graphic designer!

What if my business is product-based?

Gem Creative Co. primarily works with service-providers, coaches, educators, and personal brands with a "face behind the business." So In Your Element is crafted intentionally for personal brands and service-based businesses!

Product-based businesses are less common since selling physical products online often ends up requiring a larger scope of work. But there may be some exceptions, so feel free to ask about it via DMs or email just in case!

Do you offer DIY branding support?
